Auction requests should be sent before 8:00 PM Japan time. Requests submitted after the deadline may not be accepted, and condition-check assistance may not be available.

Auction purchases are generally final. Customers must carefully verify the auction lot, model, chassis, year, grade, condition, and maximum bid before requesting a purchase.

Reservation periods depend on the vehicle and invoice terms. Unless otherwise stated, a reservation may remain valid for up to four days. A vehicle may be released when payment or required confirmation is not received within the stated period.

iCar Japan and TMT Corporation operate as a joint venture. TMT Corporation handles payment and banking activities from the Japan side.

Transfer funds only to the beneficiary account shown on the official invoice. Verify the beneficiary name, invoice number, vehicle information, and total amount before sending money.

Customers should normally pay each invoice separately and clearly reference the relevant invoice number. Combined payments may cause difficulties for the accounts team and delay payment allocation.

Third-party payments may require payer identification, written authorization, an acknowledgement letter, proof of transfer, and an explanation of the relationship between the payer and customer.

Inspection availability depends on the vehicle, auction, location, timing, and service requested. Some information may come from auction sheets, photographs, seller disclosures, or third-party inspection reports.

Unless a written warranty is expressly provided, used vehicles are generally sold based on the available condition information. Age-related wear, repairs, defects, rust, scratches, mechanical issues, and hidden deterioration may exist.

Servicing, cleaning, odometer work, battery replacement, number changes, accessory installation, and other preparation may be arranged when available. Additional charges and time may apply.

Review all available information before purchase and ask questions about unclear items. Used-vehicle expectations should account for age, mileage, auction grade, disclosed defects, repairs, and normal deterioration.

The main options are RORO and container shipping. Availability depends on destination, vehicle condition, dimensions, carrier route, port acceptance, shipping space, and cost.

No. Vessel schedules and estimated arrival dates may change because of weather, port congestion, transshipment, carrier decisions, customs checks, documentation delays, or other operational conditions.

Personal items are generally not permitted in RORO vehicles. Container-shipping rules also depend on the carrier, customs requirements, and destination regulations. Do not place items inside a vehicle without written approval.

Delays may result from limited vessel space, yard congestion, service-route changes, port restrictions, documentation, inspections, weather, transshipment, or carrier operations.

Depending on the transaction and destination, documents may include the commercial invoice, export certificate, bill of lading, inspection certificate, packing information, and other documents required by the carrier or authorities.

The customer is responsible for confirming import eligibility, age limits, inspections, taxes, customs duties, registration, emissions, insurance, and local compliance before purchase.

Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days or longer depending on banking procedures, international transfer timing, verification, applicable deductions, and the receiving financial institution.
